We would like to invite you to join us and to contribute to our activities. The conference aims to present and publish new, contemporary, and high-quality research, including conceptual and empirical research papers.
The CIRRE 2026 is organized as a hybrid conference in academic collaboration with the VISACA Conference 2026, hosted by Udayana University.
This collaboration brings together complementary expertise in real estate, the built environment, architecture, and heritage studies, strengthening CIRRE 2026’s interdisciplinary platform. Through this partnership, both conferences aim to foster knowledge exchange on sustainable development, tourism, cultural heritage, and the future of the built environment, while encouraging cross-disciplinary dialogue between researchers, practitioners, and policymakers at both the regional and international levels.
Looking forward to seeing you in Bali.

CIRRE 2026 covers a wide range of real estate issues, including, but not limited to, the 12 topic groups.
The VISACA 3 – Tourism Heritage Empowerment & Visual Colonial Architecture Conference

Hosted by Udayana University, VISACA Conference 2026 brings together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore the role of architecture and heritage in shaping sustainable tourism futures. The conference highlights the preservation and reinterpretation of colonial and historic built environments, emphasizing cultural identity, community empowerment, and interdisciplinary collaboration in the development of resilient and meaningful places.
